Shaanxi Emergency Management Department Announcement (No. 49 of 2024)

In accordance with the “Measures for Assessment and Grading of Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization Management System” and the “Implementation Rules for Assessment and Grading of Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization Management System in Shaanxi Province (for Trial Implementation)” (Shaanxi Emergency Response [2020] No. 140), after reviewing the information, on-site inspection, and online public announcement, 3 coal mines (see the annex for the list) that have reached the second level of the standardization management system for safety production are hereby announced, and will be effective for 3 years from the date of announcement. Valid for 3 years, during the validity period, enjoy the relevant incentive policies of the Notice on Vigorously Promoting the Construction Work of Coal Mine Safety Production Standardization (Safety Supervision General Coal Line [2017] No. 59).
